Early Life  & Family Legacy

Paul's story begins with a family legacy rooted in faith, service, and community leadership.

His family's history spans Apex, North Carolina, Aberdeen in Moore County, and Martinsville, Virginia—places that shaped generations committed to serving others.

Apex, NC

A great-grandfather built a church and named it after his wife, so she could serve the community.

Aberdeen, Moore County

Another great-grandfather raised three boys and two girls — the foundation of the family's Moore County roots.

Martinsville, VA

A great-uncle helped lead "Martinsville for Jesus," carrying the family's ministry legacy forward.

These roots continue to inspire Paul's commitment to serving every community with faith, integrity, and purpose.

Military Service

Paul proudly served in the United States Army, where he developed the discipline, resilience, and leadership skills that continue to guide his public service.

As an Elder at Kingdom Impact Global Ministry, he leads with compassion, integrity, and a servant's heart, believing that true leadership begins by putting people first. His ministry extends beyond the church, focusing on mentoring individuals, supporting families, strengthening communities, and inspiring others to live with purpose and hope.

Founding the First African-American Caucus in Cumberland County

Recognizing the importance of broader community representation, Paul helped establish the first African-American Caucus in Cumberland County.
